Reduced December timetable - a mixed ability class open to all. As numbers are lower over the holidays, complete beginners up to advanced hoopers are welcome into one mixed ability class. Learn tricks, technique and flowing sequences, master your multihooping or tackle some twins. Improve your coordination, skills and fitness in this friendly inclusive class. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably and bring a bottle of water. Hula hoops will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
